Helen Plass runs Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes in Malahide Village, and private one-to-one sessions. She has qualified with the internationally recognised International Association of Infant Massage, Birthlight, and the Yoga Alliance Approved School in Dublin “the elbowroom”, and is a member of Baby Massage Ireland. Helen is passionate about working with Mums, Dads, babies, and Mums-to-be to enhance their experiences during these life-changing, exciting but sometimes daunting periods!
Most importantly Helen is a mum to two young boys, and has hands on experience of putting her techniques into practice. Helen found the benefits of practicing yoga during both pregnancies invaluable when it came to her labour and birth experiences, and of course keeping calm during the challenges of being a new mum! Her two beautiful boys are lucky enough to have benefited from her pre-natal yoga practice, and have of course have been massaged and have practiced yoga countless times in their short and content lives!
